Job Description
Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Email Alerts, and Marketing Cloud integration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, including REST APIs, outbound messaging, and third-party tool integration
Experience with Jira, Visual Studio, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Lead the technical design and architecture of the end-to-end solution based on the approved process map and business requirements
Collaborate with Element’s Product and Project Managers to define sprint plans, phased launches, and integration strategies
Oversee the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks
Guide the integration of third-party systems (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia) and ensure alignment with Salesforce architecture
Support UAT, deployment, and hypercare phases by providing technical oversight and issue resolution
