 Job Description

• 5-8 years of strong technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Understand the email campaign domain

• Extensive experience in Marketing Cloud SQL Query and Automation Studio Activities. (The client utilizes SQL query extensively and this is a Must-have skill set to check the quality of email campaign audiences.)

• Experience with Journey Builder (Should be able to build out complex Journeys and troubleshoot existing Journeys)

• Experience/Exposure to Interaction Studio and Automating Studio activities.

• Optional -

   ' - Exposure to Email Studio Content Builder (Optional)

     - Expose to Datorama (Good to have)

• Knows all the other parts of Salesforce that SMC would interact with

• Should own email campaign program, work directly with the business (leaders/stakeholders) to define needs (and act on them)

• Manage offshore team

• Understanding HTML and CSS knowledge is required

• Highly proficient in coding responsive HTML/CSS emails and troubleshooting for email client's specific limitations

• Good Communication is a must
