Responsibilities

  • Involve in managing the releases of various salesforce applications – with deep-dive understanding of packages and change sets.
  • Create and deliver industry-leading solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Pardot).
  • Provide guidance and expertise on Salesforce architecture, design and implementation and design and lead Salesforce development efforts.
  • Configure, maintain and support the Salesforce infrastructure.
  • Manage multiple workstreams, functions, business lines and subsidiaries.
  • Scope, build and manage initiatives and developers across multiple priorities.

Required Skills

  • Strong with basic, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, Visual force, Chatter, Apex Data Loader etc.
  • In-depth knowledge and Experience in developing Salesforce1 Mobile solutions (Apps).
  • SFDC Certifications Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, DEV, other.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and data model.
  • Work independently, communicate with technical and non-technical teams, manage and mentor technical resources and demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in setting up, configuring, architecting and managing Salesforce Sales Cloud. Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong Experience and hands on lightning Aura and LWC components development. atleast in 2 projects end to end.
  • Have hands-on Experience working with Salesforce API [Tooling API , Metadata API, Canvas , Rest/ SOAP API ,Bulk API etc].
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
