Job Description:

  • Primary: Sales force marketing cloud, sales force administration User setup and management and troubleshoot login issues Data management, updates, mass data loads.
  • Service Cloud - case assignment, auto response rules and case management Reports
  • Dashboards - advanced Creation and customization of list views Experience with Salesforce 'Flow' creation troubleshooting of advanced automation Monitoring of scheduled jobs and daily checks
  • Experience working with version control system for designs and code, such as git, subversion etc. as part of CICD process.
  • Experience working with different RDBMS, preferably SQL server.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, SF Identify, SF CRM, SF APEX development.
  • Extensive infrastructure knowledge around Load balancing, Content Delivery Networks, SSL, Domains, firewalls etc.
  • Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Candidate to be proactive, able to manage his or her own work and contribute to discussions on a team level.
  • Should be flexible to work in 24 5 shift
