Job Description : 

Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex requirements, offering Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives Solution Design and Architecture:

Lead the design of scalable Salesforce solutions, making critical technical decisions and providing architectural guidance Coding and Development:

Develop complex custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring high standards of code quality and maintainability Customization and Integration:

Manage customization efforts and complex integrations, including working with APIs, middleware, and connectors for data integrity and smooth information flow Data and Security Management:

Create and manage advanced data models, ETL processes, and data migrations, focusing on security using profiles, roles, and permission sets Deployment and Documentation:

Plan and oversee deployments, minimizing downtime and maintaining comprehensive documentation for complex solutions Team Leadership and Mentorship:

Lead by example, coaching junior developers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with global teams, administrators, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce development experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative development Proficiency in CRM Analytics (CRMA) is a plus. 

Strong experience in Salesforce integrations and data management.
