SF Release Manager

Requirements

5+ years of managing release management duties, including working in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines

· 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator or Developer

· Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)

· Salesforce Certified App Builder or Salesforce Platform Developer I (desired)

· Copado Fundamentals I Certification (desired)

· Able to demonstrate proven core Salesforce System Admin skills and knowledge, including user management, workflows/rules, page and custom object configuration, Site and Community administration.

· The successful candidate will work closely with development teams, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software releases

· Extensive experience managing DevOps and Agile tools; including JIRA, Azure DevOps or similar project management tools

· Extensive Experience in Copado, Gearset, GitHub or similar release management and software development versioning tools

· Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies

· Experience in Agile methodology, working in 3-week sprints, daily scrums, etc.

· Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality

· A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion

· A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

· Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
