Skillset:

- Experience with using and upgrading the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response application.

- Develop upgrade plan and testing procedures of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response application and coordinate testing and deployment with multiple business units and ServiceNow platform engineers

  • - Person will be responsible for upgrading ServiceNow Vulnerability Response application from Version 17 to v19 with appropriate documentation and testing through test instances before upgrading production
