Must Have Skills:
QA experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, ATF)
Proficiency in both manual and automation testing
Experience with testing tools such as Jira, HP ALM, Postman
Strong knowledge of JavaScript
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and workflows
