Role Description

"Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Service Now TSOM, ITSM, CMDB, ALM functionality to support the Comcast Enterprise. Familiarity with Network Principles (Devices, Topology, Transport, etc.) and related ITIL Foundations concepts are highly desirable. Responsible for leading the team and clear incase of any blockers. ? Minimum of 10+ years professional experience ? 5+ years? experience with Service Now? Good experience in leading the team.? Good experience in guiding the team incase of any blockers.? Strong communication skills and track record of partnership across organizations? Track record of managing multiple priorities and competing demands? Requires working knowledge of ITSM principles in Network environment? Experience in high volume or critical production service environment? Good knowledge on design principles and best practices in implementing Service Now functionality? Collecting business requirements and translating them into actionable technology solutions? Conducting meetings with required Agile Team members to iterate and clarify requirements? Prepare / document technical requirements in Stories to support the Agile development process? Provide an initial assessment for technical approach? Provide an initial assessment on level of effort for scoped approach? Works closely with business partners, architect and technical groups to review, design, and implement requirements and strategy. ? Communicate operational level agreements (OLA) & service level agreements (SLA) to Reliability Engineering Operations teams (Performance Specs)"
