Key Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive ServiceNow FSO technical architecture for BCM implementations
  • Lead technical design sessions and create detailed technical specifications
  • Implement complex configurations and customizations within the ServiceNow FSO module
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
  • Create custom scripts, workflows, and business rules to support BCM processes
  • Ensure solution performance, scalability, and compliance with platform best practices
  • Provide technical guidance to implementation teams and resolve complex issues
  • Perform code reviews and quality assurance of technical deliverables
  • Establish governance frameworks for solution maintenance and enhancement
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions for client technical teams
  • Design and implement robust integration solutions between ServiceNow FSO/BCM and critical enterprise systems
  • Ensure effective utilization and configuration of the Financial Services Data Model and ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM
  • Design solutions with focus on optimal performance, enterprise-level scalability, and stringent security
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow FSO and BCM

Required Qualifications & Certifications

  • ServiceNow FSO Banking and Wealth Management Professional Suite Certification
  • ServiceNow GRC: Business Continuity Management Micro-Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred, or multiple ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
  • Strong JavaScript programming skills and experience with ServiceNow scripting
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform architecture
  • Understanding of BCM frameworks and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • ITIL Foundation or Advanced ITIL Certification

Desired Experience

  • Previous implementation of ServiceNow FSO module for BCM use cases
  • Experience with ServiceNow App Engine for developing custom scoped applications
  • Integration experience with GRC tools, monitoring systems, and communication platforms
  • Financial services industry technical implementation experience
  • Experience with agile implementation methodologies
  • Prior work with ServiceNow performance optimization and scalability
  • Cloud architecture and security implementation experience
  • Experience leveraging advanced AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow, such as Predictive Intelligence and Now Assist
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams within an Agile DevSecOps environment
  • Strong understanding of Security Operations (SecOps) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
