Establish/Adapt best practice to configure robust automation solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users
Responsible for developing/administering automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform to fulfill business needs/requirements. Work with the IT department from customer side
Work closely with the customer stakeholders and the offshore team to design and implement the solution required
Qualifications:
10-12 years of IT experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in ServiceNow Development/Configuration
Proven experience in ServiceNow Platform in implementing one or more applications/ modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog)
Good experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs and JavaScript
Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
Prior experience in working onshore/offshore model
