ServiceNow Sr. Platform and Integration Developer

Skills and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including integrations. • Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and development patterns. • Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers. • Experience with key modules like ITSM, CMDB, and Flow Designer. • Knowledge of security protocols, data privacy, and integration best practices. • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices • Excellent written 
and oral communication skills. 


Skills and Certifications • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB, Discovery, or ITOM. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator. • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or custom app development. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools. • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP in an integration context. • ITIL v3 certification • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills • Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities.
