Strong and hands on architect and designing capabilities. Must be able to single-handedly propose, own the architecture and design solution, execute proof of concept independently and execute innovative solution.
Provide technical leadership to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Oversee the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
Experience in building integrations utilizing infrastructure platform APIs via SOAP and/or REST APIs.
Ensure adherence to coding and configuration standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, configuration guides, and best practice documentation.
Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their ServiceNow skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT teams, business units, and external vendors, to gather requirements and ensure successful platform implementation.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to streamline processes and data flow.
Candidate should have experience in participating in pre-sales activities related to the technology workflows (ITx), including project sizing and scoping.
Experience in Implementing various different ServiceNow solutions.
Experience with REST, SOAP, and JavaScript.
Good exposure to Configuration Management Lifecycle.
Should be able to work independently and in agile manner.
Nice to have the ServiceNow product management experience.
Excellent communication skills – Should be able to drive customer presentations, explain solutions to customer audience, drive workshops with customer in different areas of ServiceNow
