Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Implement and configure applications using ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM). Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) or Servicenow Custom Application Creation or ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR) or ServiceNow IT Operations Management - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools. - Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow SAM solutions. - Knowledge of software licensing and compliance. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. |
