Essential Job Functions:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience ( Relevant) 8 Years
  • Experience: 7–8 years

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide Records, UI
  • actions, client scripts, and business rules.
  • Experience with creation of workflows using Workflow Editor, Flow Designer and
  • Workflow Studio.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations including web services, Integration Hub, REST
  • APIs, and other protocols.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Minimum certification level of ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA
