Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide Records, UI
- actions, client scripts, and business rules.
- Experience with creation of workflows using Workflow Editor, Flow Designer and
- Workflow Studio.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations including web services, Integration Hub, REST
- APIs, and other protocols.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Minimum certification level of ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA
