Looking for a highly experienced 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐍𝐨𝐰 - 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 with a strong background in enterprise IT environments. This role demands expertise in ServiceNow platform development, ITIL processes, and integration with third-party tools. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience across project and program management, systems design, quality assurance, and infrastructure, with certifications in ServiceNow and cloud technologies.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, PPM, and Knowledge Management.
· Design and deploy ServiceNow components including business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, UI pages, script includes, workflows, and custom catalog items.
· Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using REST APIs and out-of-the-box (OOB) connectors.
· Provide production support, troubleshoot platform issues, and optimize performance.
· Work in alignment with ITIL best practices and ensure governance and compliance within the ServiceNow platform.
· Participate in system design, QA processes, and delivery pipelines to ensure high-quality implementations.
· Support infrastructure teams and assist in cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure).
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
· Minimum 8 years of broad IT experience, with a strong focus on ServiceNow development and implementation.
· Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow ITIL framework.
· Proven expertise in the following ServiceNow modules:
o Incident, Problem, Change Management
o Service Catalog and Workflow
o CMDB and Discovery
o Asset Management
o PPM (Project Portfolio Management)
o Knowledge Management
· Experience with 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (𝐀𝐖𝐒, 𝐀𝐳𝐮𝐫𝐞).
· 𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐖𝐒 𝐚𝐧𝐝/𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐳𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝
· Proficiency in integration using REST API and configuring OOB ServiceNow connectors
· ServiceNow technical component development:
o Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions
o Script Includes, UI Pages, Macros
o Catalog Items and Workflows
o Reports and Dashboards
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
