Role Description: 
ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst ITAM
US Citizen, Dual Citizen only. Provide functional support related to implementation of ITAM related capabilities (HAM Pro, SAM Pro) primarily, but will provide supplemental support to other Asset Management workstreams as needed. Provide support to the ITAM Functional Lead and Technical Lead.

Support refinement of existing design documentation to align with future state solution. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to develop and maintain a product backlog throughout the project (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria). Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while adivsiing on all change aspects.
·        Business Analysis experience -- System Design, System Architecture, Busines Technical Architecture, Business System Requirements definition, or similar.
·        Agile Scrum experience
·        Qualititative and Quantitivate Analysis skills
·        Experience with ServiceNow ITOM - CMDB, Service Mapping, and Discovery

Education Level : Bachelors degree; or Associates degree plus two years’ experience
