ServiceNow Security Consultant

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic ServiceNow Security Consultant to lead the implementation of secure, scalable, and compliant practices across our ServiceNow platform.

In this high-impact role, you’ll define access controls, partner with IAM teams, and help shape how we secure ServiceNow within our enterprise. You’ll be the go-to expert on platform security, governance, and best practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead access control design (ACLs, roles, groups) across ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with IAM tools like Okta or Azure AD.
• Create and maintain governance policies and documentation.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with technical and non-technical teams to implement secure solutions.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with a focus on security.
• Strong knowledge of ACLs, roles, and platform security architecture.
• Familiarity with IAM systems and ITIL practices.
• Clear, confident communication skills.

Bonus if you have:

• ServiceNow certs (CSA, Security Ops, GRC).
• GRC/IRM module experience.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOX, GDPR).
• JavaScript/Glide API scripting skills
