Job Description:

Are you a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a passion for security operations and a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team in Calgary. You'll play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, and various ITSM modules.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations, specifically Vulnerability Response.
• Proven experience in implementing ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset).
• Expertise in configuring Vulnerability Response applications and integrating them with vulnerability scanner tools.
• Strong background in ServiceNow system configuration and customization, including workflow and flow creation.
• Ability to build service requests from customer requirements, utilizing workflows to manage data flow.
• Proficiency in scripting within ServiceNow to automate routine tasks (e.g., Glide, Jelly Scripting, JavaScript).
• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration for integrations and process automation.
• Skill in loading, manipulating, and maintaining data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Thorough understanding of ServiceNow Security Incident Response and Vulnerable Item processes.
• Experience with system and integration testing using sample and live data.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and integration with external modules.
• Strong knowledge of web UI development technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX) and relational databases.
• Knowledge of AngularJS, JSON, or other relevant web technologies is a plus.
• A ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in ServiceNow implementation projects, specializing in Security Operations (Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance) and ITSM modules.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow systems, including the development of workflows and flows.
• Design and build service requests and record producers based on customer requirements.
• Develop and implement scripts to automate tasks within ServiceNow.
• Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration and various integration methods (web services, SOAP, email, MID).
• Collaborate with clients to analyze their environment and recommend best-practice ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct system and integration testing to ensure application health, usage, and compliance.
• Maintain and manipulate data between ServiceNow and other systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. (
