Description

Responsibilities:
Analyzing an organization's SAM requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
Working with stakeholders to identify and prioritize SAM requirements and to develop a roadmap for their implementation in ServiceNow.
Conducting gap analyses to determine the existing and future needs of the organization's SAM processes and systems.
Developing detailed functional specifications and requirements documentation for ServiceNow SAM solutions.
Collaborating with developers, architects, and other IT teams to design and implement ServiceNow SAM solutions.
Conducting SAM acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that ServiceNow SAM solutions meet the needs of the business.
Providing training and support to end-users on the use of ServiceNow SAM solutions.
Participating in the development of SAM-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
Supporting the management and resolution of SAM-related incidents and incidents.
Staying current with industry trends and best practices in SAM and adapting the ServiceNow implementation as needed.
