1. Project Manager experienced in managing ServiceNow projects 
2. ServiceNow technical background required
3. 10 or more years of experience with last 3 years as project manager
4. Certifications in PMP and/or ServiceNow highly preferred 
5. Should have the ability and confidence to manage teams
6. Good communication required
