Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and manage ServiceNow platform initiatives for our client, Envision Health. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of project management experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex ServiceNow implementations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and/or custom modules
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of all project phases in alignment with business goals
  • Manage stakeholders across technical, business, and vendor teams
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, ITIL, and enterprise governance standards
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and prepare project updates for leadership

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Project Management
  • 3+ years managing ServiceNow implementations or major enhancements
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and delivery lifecycle
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a distributed/remote environment
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • PMP, CSM, or ServiceNow certifications preferred
