We are seeking an experienced and highly capable ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and manage ServiceNow platform initiatives for our client, Envision Health. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of project management experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and/or custom modules
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of all project phases in alignment with business goals
- Manage stakeholders across technical, business, and vendor teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, ITIL, and enterprise governance standards
- Facilitate regular status meetings and prepare project updates for leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Project Management
- 3+ years managing ServiceNow implementations or major enhancements
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and delivery lifecycle
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a distributed/remote environment
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies
- PMP, CSM, or ServiceNow certifications preferred
