  •  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Lead with a strong background in presales and technical leadership to join our dynamic team.  
  • The ideal candidate will have around 10 years of experience in the IT industry, including extensive hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and expertise in presales activities such as solutioning, client presentations, and RFP responses.   

Key Responsibilities: 

Presales and Solutioning:   

  • Lead presales activities by understanding client requirements, developing tailored ServiceNow solutions, and delivering compelling proposals.   
  • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and identify opportunities to position ServiceNow as the preferred solution.   
  • Design and present customized ServiceNow demos and proof-of-concept solutions to prospective clients.   
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries, ensuring high-quality and comprehensive responses.   

 ServiceNow Expertise:    

  • Provide deep technical expertise on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others as needed.  
  • Stay updated with the latest features, functionalities, and best practices on the ServiceNow platform.   
  • Guide clients in defining the technical architecture, integrations, and implementation approach for ServiceNow solutions.   
  • Leadership and Collaboration:  Act as a technical lead in presales engagements, working closely with architects, developers, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations.   
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical and client interaction skills.   
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from presales to delivery phases.   
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic advice and ensuring client satisfaction during the presales process.   
  • Identify additional opportunities for ServiceNow adoption and expansion within client environments.   
  • Business Growth and Strategy:  Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for ServiceNow offerings.   
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor strategies to refine service offerings and approach.   

Required Skills and Qualifications:   

  • Experience: Around 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow and 3+ years in a presales role.  
  • Technical Skills:  In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, integrations, and module configurations.  Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM.   
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs, workflow automation, and orchestration.   
  • Presales Expertise:  Proven ability to design and deliver tailored demos and presentations.  Strong experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs and creating detailed technical proposals.    
  • Leadership Skills:  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to manage multiple presales opportunities simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environme
