Responsibilities
Specifics of this position may include:

· Growth & Sales Partnership: Drive growth through collaboration with sales teams and practice SMEs. Engage in all sales aspects, from opportunity identification to solution ideation and proposal presentation.

· Client Engagement: Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand needs, identify growth opportunities, and deliver value.

· Delivery Excellence: Oversee strategic programs and project delivery, ensuring profitability, account expansion, and customer satisfaction. Mentor delivery teams for successful outcomes.

· Strategic Vision: Provide thought leadership to develop and execute plans that expand innovative offerings and enhance client value. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, including AI/ML and Digital Process Automation.

· Delivery Leadership & Governance: Establish processes for the successful execution of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Refine and implement delivery governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Manage program leaders, project managers, and other operations-related roles.

· Team Leadership: Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation within the delivery teams. Develop and mentor consultants, project managers, and architects. Foster a collaborative, innovative work environment. Manage technical, business, and personnel aspects of consulting engagements, leveraging team expertise.

Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in IT Leadership or IT Consulting.

· Certifications in ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred

· Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies

· Experience in designing and developing integrations (such as Workday, Azure, Salesforce)

· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and features; Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

· Prior expertise as a ServiceNow Architect or Developer with hands-on development, configuration, and advanced capabilities (Workflows, Flow Designer, App Engine, and more) – Nice to Have

· Experience with revenue forecasting, and strategic planning.

· Lead virtual teams and successfully build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.

· Skilled in identifying value-creation opportunities, business case preparation and in influencing, collaboration and relationship building

· Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in Digital Process Automation.

· Experience developing solutions to address business problems using proven methods and tools.

· Provide oversight to establish and enforce best practices, code reviews, release management and code migrations, as well as set governance policies to protect data integrity, and ensure regulatory compliance; maintain and update documentation of ServiceNow solutions, adjusting standards as they evolve over time

· Ability to communicate engagement impacts on risks, business objectives, and quality goals.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Cultivate delivery talent and develop successful delivery leaders
