● 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Service Portal development.
● Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Jelly scripting.
● Proven experience working with ServiceNow Knowledge Management module.
● Familiarity with GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideForm, GlideUser, and other ServiceNow APIs.
● Experience with portal branding, theming, and widget development/customization.
● Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and responsive UI design.
● Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
● ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
● Experience with multi-language portals, search tuning, AI Search.
● Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and implement the ServiceNow Knowledge Gateway Portal using Service Portal framework.
● Customize portal widgets, themes, and pages to meet user and business requirements.
● Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine functional and technical requirements.
● Integrate knowledge articles, search functionality, and other relevant knowledge assets.
● Integrate Knowledge portal with external system.
● Optimize portal performance and ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
● Leverage Knowledge Management best practices to improve article discoverability and user experience.
● Implement feedback mechanisms, usage analytics, and personalization where applicable.
● Collaborate with platform architects, process owners, and other developers.
● Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and ServiceNow development best practices
Any Graduate
