Technical Skills
10+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 5 years on HRSD implementations
Strong expertise in HRSD modules, including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, HR Integrations.
Hands-on experience with HR tools like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM integrations.
Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP), Integration Hub, MID Server, and Scripted Web Services.
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
Knowledge of HRSD security models, role-based access (RBAC), and data privacy laws.
Experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting for HRSD.
Soft Skills & Experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot HRSD and integration issues.
Experience working in Agile or ITIL-based environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with HR and IT stakeholders.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Implementation Specialist –HRSD (CIS-HR)
Lead and contribute to multiple end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations, including designing and developing Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
Develop and configurHR service catalog items, HR workflows, and HR case flows based on business requirements.
Create and manage HR services, HR templates, HR document management, and HR notifications.
Customize and enhance HRSD functionalities while ensuring adherence to best practices
