Technical Skills
·        10+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 5 years on HRSD implementations
·        Strong expertise in HRSD modules, including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, HR Integrations.
·        Hands-on experience with HR tools like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or hashtag
Oracle HCM integrations.
·        Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP), Integration Hub, MID Server, and Scripted Web Services.
·        Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
·        Knowledge of HRSD security models, role-based access (RBAC), and data privacy laws.
·        Experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting for HRSD.

Soft Skills & Experience
·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot HRSD and integration issues.
·        Experience working in Agile or ITIL-based environments.
·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with HR and IT stakeholders.
·        ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HR)
·        Lead and contribute to multiple end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations, including designing and developing Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
·        Develop and configure HR service catalog items, HR workflows, and HR case flows based on business requirements.
·        Create and manage HR services, HR templates, HR document management, and HR notifications.
·        Customize and enhance HRSD functionalities while ensuring adherence to best practices

Education

Bachelor's degree
