ServiceNow Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The ServiceNow lead developer/administrator will lead end to end ServiceNow implementation at DFPS. The technical lead/developer will also act as ServiceNow Administrator.

 This role is also responsible for the following:

·     As a lead developer of the team, deliver hands-on configuration, development and integration services and serve in a quality assurance capacity for all project deliverables

·     ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certification

·     Experienced in Service Now implementations which span ITIL, ITSM and security/regulatory disciplines

·     Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which
