Job Description:

Demonstrates hands on architectural and configuration experience with a proven record of success managing GRC and IRM programs, solution design and configuration projects for one or more GRC/IRM Technology platforms

Deep understanding of access control, specifically role based access and inheritance of role and record based permissions:

 Experience identifying sources of data outside of GRC solutions, and designing integration approaches to share data between client and third party systems

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.

Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports.

Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications.? Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.? Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.? Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

 

Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow GRC modules, including IRM, TPRM, and Procurement. Experience with implementing GRC technology such as (but not limited to) RSA Archer, MetricStream, or ServiceNow Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer. Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.? Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Prior experience in the BFSI sector (preferred but not mandatory).
