Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow Integration solutions based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integration workflows and processes.
  • Test and troubleshoot integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices for integrations.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to improve overall system efficiency.

ServiceNow Integration Development: (at least we need 5+ years relevant experience)

-Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub Spokes, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services and MID Server

-Strong programming skills in JavaScript(Business Rules, Script Includes, Transform Maps and Flows)

-Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems (e.g Ansible, vRA, Teams, SharePoint, Splunk...)

-Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration for automating flows  and processes

-Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and data transformation techniques.

-Experience with middleware platforms (e.g MuleSoft, KAFKA..)

-Experience in writing technical documentation
