Required Skills & Certifications:
- Previous experience on HRSD related projects work on Integration with Workday, SuccessFactors, reporting tools, complex HR Service, Lifecycle events, employee journeys, HR agent Workspace, Agent Chat, Reports Dashboard etc. based solution design and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro.
- Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App for HRSD.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration tools and techniques.
- Understanding of HRSD industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
