Responsibilities
Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains.
Work with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future operational data analysis goals. Recommend modern technology stacks to meet those goals and help engineering teams migrate towards their use.
Collaborate with the customer's operations and technology leadership on the future analytic goals of the organization, and design a technical architecture to meet those goals. Participate in configuring the architecture, and advise engineering teams on its efficient use.
Lead a work stream or act as a team lead and manage non-complex components of the work plan/project.
Utilize analytical, process, and/or technical skills to meet project objectives and deliverables that are self-directed and within project scope.
 

Qualifications
Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of HRSD solutions in client environments
Expert level proficiency in HRSD product line including current HRSD CIS and Suite certification(s)
Experience in other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM etc. would be considered a plus. 
Provide best practices and architectural guidance for newly built solutions and how it interfaces with other ServiceNow modules
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration guides
Conduct regular system assessments and performance tuning to optimize the ServiceNow HRSD environment
Experience in configuring Employee Center branding, taxonomies, publishing content, HRSD workspace and virtual agent and topic conversations. 
Proven experience working on core HRSD functionalities such as HR Services, COEs, HR Lifecycle events, Manager Hub etc.
Should be comfortable with making UI updates such as creating new widgets, customizing existing portal widgets etc. 
Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, SOAP, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS etc.
Proven experience in designing integration solutions from ServiceNow to other HR applications such as Workday, UKG Pro, Rippling etc. 
Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
Experience with SDLC processes implementing in a variety of project methodologies such as Agile/Scrum
Must be open to travel.
