Job Title Position 1: ServiceNow HRSD Business / Functional Analyst 
Description This is a ServiceNow HRSD BA position (Min 3 – 5 years experience) 
Day to Day (in addition to description)
a)   What other additional responsibilities will they have?
b)  What type of environment should they come from?

1.      Run Client HRSD workshop with command and confidence.

2.    Able to articulate HRSD product modules, Demo on HR Services, Topic categories, Topic Details, EC-Pro portal etc.

3.    Able to capture HRIS Business requirement and write SCRUm stories.

4.      Work with the team and develop / build HR stories.

Must Haves

1.      Overall ServiceNow product knowledge & HRSD implementation ServiceNow Certification

5.    At least 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow BA & Developer

6.    Must have experience in driving workshops.

7.      Must have delivered at least 2 HRSD projects as Developer or BA role

Location New Jersey, so local candidate would be preferred. Else remote & some travel with client’s cost.
Duration Initially 6 months and then might get extended.
