Candidate must have around 8 years of working experience as a business analyst and must have 5 years in ServiceNow Projects. The candidate should have the experience of three (3) years’ experience in agile environment.
Candidate should have experience with implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules
As a ServiceNow GRC/IRM Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements in support of multiple risk management programs
Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3 /V4and Risk/Compliance process
The candidate will provide analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications that covers use cases, stories, business process models and diagrams, test scripts to support implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM Solution
Work closely with developers to ensure all requirements are understood, documented, and tested.
Demonstrate ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to stakeholders in solving governance, process or technical problems.
Must have experience using Scrum/SAFe methodology to manage project workflow and requirements
Experience with Agile tools to manage workload, such as JIRA, ServiceNow Agile, Azure DevOps, etc.
Ability to perform test user functionality
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively in both writing and verbally with a strong proficiency collaborating across teams
Certification in Certified System Administrator and other micro certification will be advantageous.
