Primary Technical Skills : Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including configuring forms, workflows, and business rules. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and applications.

JavaScript and Scripting: Strong scripting skills, particularly in JavaScript, for customizing and automating processes within the ServiceNow platform.

ServiceNow Integration: Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems, databases, and applications using web services, REST APIs, and data imports.

ServiceNow Portal Development: Ability to design and develop user-friendly Service Portals to enhance the end-user experience.

Custom Application Development: Experience in designing and building custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, addressing specific business and IT service management needs.
