ServiceNow ERM

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including at least 1–2 years in GRC/IRM/ERM modules.
• Deep understanding of risk management principles and best practices.
• Experience working with risk registers, risk assessments, controls, mitigation plans, and reporting.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript), APIs, and integrations within ServiceNow is a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications such as:
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, energy) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with vendor risk and third-party risk modules
