Responsible for supporting the existing core FSO platform functionality while also extending the platform capability via feature implementations. Contributes towards ServiceNow software releases via delivery of configuration tasks and features. Collaborates with the scoped app team on installations of integrations and plug-ins as needed. Support incident tickets related to the platform and hosted applications.
Required:
At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations
Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator (CSA)
Preferred:
4+ years of in-depth experience in ServiceNow implementations, preferably in financial domain
Certified ServiceNow Implementer in CSM/FSO
