Description

Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, HAM/SAM, and Workspace Service Delivery.
Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, Discovery patterns, and data normalization.
Experience with SAM license models, hardware lifecycle, and vendor integrations.
Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflows, Flow Designer, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and relevant module certifications (e.g., ITOM Specialist, SAM/HAM Implementation Specialist)
