Description

Required Skills
* 4–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices (5 Years)
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio (5 Years)
* Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP web services
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Desired / Preferred Skills
* Experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, or Performance Analytics
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
