Description

JD:

  • 8+ Years of relevant ServiceNow administration and development experience.
  • The workload will be 80% development and 20% reporting.
  • ServiceNow Admin background is needed.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in delivering high value solutions from the customer’s perspective with direct experience with ServiceNow platform strategy, design, and operational execution.
  • Must have prior experience implementing and deploying applications within the core suite of ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB), to include reports. This must include development experience with ServiceNow API’s and using them to create or modify applications.
  • Must have experience with Incident, Problem and Change modules within ServiceNow. These are heavily used by client.
  • Must have experience writing SailPoint API’s with ServiceNow.
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels from an I.T. standpoint.
  • Must be technically strong and collaborate with Business Analyst and other team members.
  • Must have problem solving experience.
  • Must be flexible to support issues or planned activities after hours, weekends and holidays as needed.

Healthcare background a plus.  No portal development is required.
