ServiceNow Developer

Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on the Legal Services Delivery (LSD) module, including Contracts Management and PSDS.
Utilize UI Builder to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience within the LSD module.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions related to legal services.
Perform system configuration, customization, and integration of the LSD module with other applications to optimize legal service delivery.
Conduct testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, particularly the Legal Services Delivery (LSD) module.
Proficiency in UI Builder, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective user interfaces.
Strong knowledge of Contracts Management processes and Professional Services Delivery Systems (PSDS).
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
