Description

Must Have:

  • In-depth understanding and background in ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery), ITSM
  • Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
  • Experience developing and maintaining CMDB technical standards
  • Experiencing defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB Governance process and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting Discovery errors and warnings
  • Experience modifying and/or creating Discovery patterns
  • Excellent collaboration & communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to audiences of various technical skills

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow CMDB with SCCM utilizing the SCCM Service Graph Connector
  • Detail oriented, can lead and coordinate infrastructure type migration plans.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ITIL Foundations certification a plus
  • Javascript, Python, Github, Angular JS, Powershell
