Description

Must have an experience on ITOM:  Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, particularly Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and/or Cloud Provisioning and Governance

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Provisioning and Governance).
  • Leverage ServiceNow ITOM best practices to improve operational efficiency and provide proactive support for IT infrastructure.
  • Conduct impact analysis and troubleshooting for ServiceNow ITOM components, ensuring smooth integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver end-to-end ITOM solutions, focusing on incident, event, change, and problem management
  • Work on ServiceNow Discovery, including configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.) and their integration with ServiceNow ITOM
  • Experience in the configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting and resolution of ITOM-related issues.
  • Ability to design and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow orchestration and automation
