About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. This role requires hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules and a strong understanding of ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Create and maintain integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Participate in upgrade and patch management processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Flow Designer.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
Nice to Have:
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, SecOps, or HRSD modules.
Knowledge of data migration and performance tuning.
Experience working with ServiceNow App Engine Studio
