Job Requirements:

  • Must have Service Now development with minimum 5 year experience.
  • Should be Proficient in Java scripting, AJAX, web services
  • Must have Service Catalog - manage complex catalog solutions experience.
  • Must have Change, Incident & Problem module experience.
  • CMDB experience is Must.
  • Experience in integration via webservices/data imports is Must.
  • Good Communication skills to coordinate with LOB contacts
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Provide solutions to complex request with the guidance of application architect if needed.
  • Mentor and train developers
  • Development/deployment of system configuration, fast-track and medium risk changes
  • Discovery - Ability to Client applications within servers, hardware using SNMP, create or modify patterns, WMI/Power shell, cloud discovery (Azure) is a plus
  • Service Portal - experience developing and deploying Service Portal based solutions is a plus
  • Event Management experience is a plus
  • Flow Designer experience is a plus
