Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom workflows, integrations, and automation.

Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, views, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows.

Implement and manage ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or others as per business needs.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using APIs, REST/SOAP web services.

Participate in gathering requirements, technical analysis, and solution design with stakeholders.

Ensure platform stability, performance, and security by following industry best practices.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and system configurations.
