Description

Job Duties:

  • Implement standard functionalities in HRSD, GRC (IRM / TPRM), SAM, custom applications, and Knowledge Management (KB and Articles).
  • Build workflows, request items, case types, application components, and knowledge articles using Flow Designer, catalog builder, and other out-of-box tools.
  • Develop and enhance custom applications to meet specific UCLA requirements.
  • Support configuration of roles, groups, catalog items, notifications, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with the project team and business users to meet delivery milestones.
  • Develop and implement various ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, problem, configuration, change, Knowledge Management and other ITSM applications.
  • Keep ServiceNow best practices as a priority, implement normalization, data quality, and CMDB health which includes audits and reconciliation rules.
  • Implement overall team management as a client facing person to ensure that requirements gathering, development, testing and PROD migrations succeeded in time and with expected outcome.
  • Integrate ServiceNow Discovery with external data sources to feed CMDB data. Coordinate with IT and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and improve Discovery results.
  • Maintain and create technical documentation, which includes design specs, test plans and workflows.

All the responsibilities mentioned above are in line with the professional background and requires an absolute minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects
