Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+ years of technology implementation2. Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.3. Experience in developing complex catalog items 4. Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.5. Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.6. Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements7. Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow8. Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks9. Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).10. Ensuring configuration data is available when and where it is needed to support associated service management processes.11. Developing and maintaining the configuration management database (CMDB) to ensure that configuration items and processes are current.12. Creating and implementing custom widgets, complex pages, Resolving UI performance bottlenecks, Taxonomies and portal content.
