Design, integrate, deploy, operate and maintain ServiceNow and its capabilities.
Develop automation, maintenance, code deployment and performance tuning for multiple ServiceNow applications, including Production and other sub-prod environments.
Primarily responsible for new developments and support of the applications.
Manage complete lifecycle of production/sub-production environments including necessary configurations and integrations, application admin activities (operational, migrations and upgrades).
Analyze incidents to identify application and system problems and possible solutions in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in troubleshooting of performance, integration and user management issues by digging into application and system logs.
Required Skills
Proficiency with Java Script, jQuery, AJAX, XML, MySQL, HTML, CSS.
Proficiency with ServiceNow framework and a good understanding of ITSM, CSM, ATF, CMDB, Integration, UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Runbook Automation.
Workflow development, service-now administration, Reporting in ServiceNow, SQL, Database view in ServiceNow.
Proficiency in one of the following languages: JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar.
Senior knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.
Good understanding and work experience in Web services, SOAP, email, etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Experience
3 years of relevant experience in design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
Experience developing and/or deploying ServiceNow scripts and applications.
Hands on experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications.
Experience with Domain Separation, Service Portal, Multi Provider Single-Sign-on, XML, AJAX, JSON.
Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).
Experience with Agile SCRUM and SAFe methodologies.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
