ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a senior-level ServiceNow Developer with specialized expertise in the Health and Safety module, ideally within the railroad domain. 

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in ServiceNow architecture and development, with a strong command of integration tools, scripting, and CMDB/CSDM. 

This role requires proficiency in building scalable and maintainable solutions that integrate effectively with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, specifically in the Health and Safety module.
• Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLs.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and tools like MID Server and Integration Hub.
• Ensure data consistency and alignment with CMDB and CSDM practices.
• Lead complex systems integrations across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Contribute to ITOM module implementations, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in ServiceNow development and system integration.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and modules.
• Expert-level experience with the Health and Safety module in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript for ServiceNow scripting.
• Strong experience with integration techniques (REST, SOAP, JDBC).
• Hands-on experience with integration tools like MID Server and Integration Hub.
• Solid knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks.
• Experience developing and deploying ITOM modules such as Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
